As a Sr. CRS, you are responsible for establishing, managing and meeting the milestones of one or multiple (global) clinical studies from study design to study closure. The clinical data that are collected will support product approvals as well as scientific presentations and publications, in close cooperation with leading physicians in the field.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Oversees, designs, plans and develops clinical evaluation research studies.
  • Prepares and authors protocols and patient record forms.
  • Conducts registered and non-registered clinical studies of products that have been determined to satisfy a medical need and/or offer a commercial potential.
  • Oversees and interpret results of clinical investigations in preparation for new drug device or consumer application.
  • Oversees and resolves operational aspects of clinical trials in conjunction with project teams and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), good clinical practice (GCP) and specific country regulations, and may prepare clinical trial budgets.
  • May be responsible for clinical supply operations, site and vendor selection.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Higher scientific degree in clinical research, engineering, or biology.
  • Bachelor’s degree required and a minimum of 4 years of clinical research experience. 
  • Or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a team.
  • Clear and effective written and oral communication.
  • Attention to detail, rigor.
  • Proactivity, ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards (GCP, ISO (International Organization for Standardization), European directive, etc.) Experience or knowledge of healthcare, knowledge of medical terminology. Problem solving skills. Ability to identify priorities and manage deadline requirements on several projects in parallel. Agility with IT tools and applications (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
