What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide program‑level leadership to support the Data Management Leader (DML), taking on broader clinical data management responsibilities.
- Conduct program‑level review of clinical data management documents to ensure quality, scientific consistency, and compliance with regulatory guidance.
- Collaborate with the DML and DM Therapeutic Area Heads on work distribution and resource planning.
- Lead the sharing and development of best practices with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead or contribute to process, system and tool improvement at the program level.
Metrics / KPIs
- Performance will be measured according to the Quality Oversight Plan (QOP), covering quality, timeliness, compliance and inspection readiness.

- Vendor liaisons
Your Profile:
- BS/BA degree or higher preferably in Health Sciences, or BS/BA degree or higher with professional clinical experience/exposure.
- 5 years of relevant experience. Leadership experience.
- Data Management experience preferably including clinical data review or significant experience with clinical data review. Knowledge in medical terminology would be preferable
- Collaboration with Clinical teams.
- Experience in clinical drug development within the pharmaceutical industry or related industry.
