The Client Success Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining excellent relationships with existing and prospective clients, both internal and external, and driving results related to Product & Technology efforts and general client satisfaction. This role is accountable to the Client Success Director as well as the entire Client Services team, focusing on facilitating effective communication and leadership between Product & Technology teams and CLEAResult clients and business teams. Immediately, the Client Success Manager will begin immersing in CLEAResult’s Inflation Reduction Act solution, “IRA in a Box”, driving standardization, speed, and high-quality outcomes.

Candidates must be based in the Central or Eastern Time Zone to be considered.

  • Bring new technology products and features to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development needs

  • Support solutioning with a defined Product specification and documentation including a menu of available standard Product options and the implication of selecting each option

  • Engage IT stakeholders, business management, and other strategic partners to support the functional design and delivery of enterprise solutions that span multiple technologies and disciplines

  • Engage with internal regional leadership to learn our client’s business, their organization, systems, challenges and goals as the primary IT functional contact on any client engagement

  • Drive business analysis – lead workshops and requirements discovery sessions with business teams and IT Business Analysts

  • Assist software engineering teams including detailing architecture, data flows and performing gap analysis 

  • Maintain the integrity of the business solutions to assure quality and consistency in the face of political and business pressures

  • Serve as the IT business escalation point for complex business requirements and solutioning. Collaborate as needed with other IT leaders

  • Regularly appraises current products and their positioning; establishes/executes update schedules integrating releases with marketing, sales and regional teams

  • Ensure integration of required technical solutions

  • Collaborate with technical leadership to ensure alignment and adherence to technology initiatives, standards, security requirements, etc.  

  • Adhere to IT Service Management controls including change management, incident management, etc. 

  • Create and deliver solution demonstrations of supporting software to various levels of participants from C-level to end-users

You will have...

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or a related business degree 

  • Minimum of 10 years of product management experience  

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines

  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition 

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a technology product 

  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative, matrixed environment is essential

  • Excellent organization, planning, and business skills alongside strategic thinking ability; able to see the big picture and how it connects to the details

  • Excellent product, program and project management skills and demonstrated technical aptitude

  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain positive internal and client relationships

  • Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills, coupled with ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise

  • Working knowledge of digital technology platforms including but not limited to CRM, Digital Commerce, Channel Integrators, CMS, PIM 

  • Experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or Utility technologies concepts, practices, and procedures preferred

$110,200.00 - $165,200.00
