The position is open in the following locations:
Bratislava, Slovakia; Budapest, Hungary; or Belgrade, Serbia
Occasional home office is possible.
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Understanding of products, services and functionalities Nexi does for its clients (financial institutions, fintechs, retailers, … ) in the area of acquiring business and processing.
• An overview of what is happening in the area of payments (card payments, account2account, other payments forms).
• Analysis markets conditions, competition and manages product/service model proposals.
• Products, services and functionalities design and planning.
• Products/services owner for assigned area with full responsibility for management of assigned products.
• Creating and maintaining product roadmaps, including planning, prioritization and deliveries.
• Clarifying requirements, critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding.
• Translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for the other teams in the company, including architects, business analyticians, operations and other.
• Designing the products, services or functionalities, including functional definition, parameters, business case calculation, costs and pricing, SLA, etc.
• Provide support to Sales personnel in preparation of commercial offers for RFI/RFPs.
• Participation in solution presentations to clients, at conferences, pre-sales activities etc.
Essential Qualifications
• Experience with card acquiring area is a must.
• Very good business thinking and financial expertise.
• Proficiency experience with presenting to stakeholders and/or Senior Leadership and/or clients.
• English language on upper-intermediate level.
• Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs.
• Interpersonal skills to influence and change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment.
• Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities.
• Very good communication and organizational skills.
• Open minded and out of the box thinking
