What your working week will involve:
- Work with the Partnership team to assist with new partnership opportunities, prepare technical sales material, develop proof of concepts (POCs) and support demonstrations to win new business
- Design optimal solutions to ensure minimal technical issues, enable opportunities for growth and provide the ideal customer experience
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Cover Genius’ product technology and underlying architectures
- Identifiying, troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining the root cause of issues that may arise with partner integrations
- Use SQL, Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio and related technologies to identify and present actionable business growth opportunities to partners
- Support multiple partner engagements concurrently, ensuring timely and successful integrations through managing internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for improving process, make recommendations and implement changes through automation of activities to optimise client engagements
What you will bring to the role:
- 10 or more years programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, or PHP
- Experience with web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, JSON, etc
- 10 or more years Customer-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, consulting or related function
- Strong strategic, analytical and tactical skills; must be able to create plans then roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Experience in managing technically complex products in a B2B technology environment
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable
