Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Senior Client Relationship Administrator to join our dynamic team in Deer Park, NY. In this role, you will manage the daily service delivery activities for the an assigned group of clients. You will interact with clients daily, through email and some phone calls, communicating status updates, providing resolutions to research items, problem solving, and escalating urgent items as needed. You will also manage data and provide regular reports on metrics using Excel, PowerPoint, etc. You will work closely with the team and interact regularly with various internal departments. You will use your proficiency in maintaining high client satisfaction results and overall client advocacy.

This is a hybrid role, where you will work 2 days in the office in our Deer Park, NY location, and the other 3 days remotely.
Responsibilities:
Act as a Client Advocate and interface among all departments on the clients’ behalf
Understand and assist the client with market complexities (e.g. SEC regulations, NYSE, etc.)
Provide timely and accurate updates to clients for inquiries and issues, including proactive updates to projects
Engage clients and assist them through the suite of electronic products the department supports, explaining in a way that is clear and easy to understand
Utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word to provide metrics data to clients and internal teams
Managing SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for clients according to their individual contracts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Mastery of MS Office suite of products
Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service and/or sales-related roles, with brokerage industry knowledge preferred
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow through with different internal teams to meet deadlines; Highly adaptable and team-oriented
A self-starter with the capability to thrive in a dynamic working environment
Compensation Range: The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00 per hour, annual base. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, location and education.
