Position Summary

Job Summary:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion. Coordinate with Development, Quality Assurance, Product Management, Compliance, Operations and other organizations as necessary to drive new product development and inter-related projects to a successful completion.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Define and develop the requirements and schedules for projects, including close coordination and collaboration with Development, Quality Assurance, Product Management, Compliance, Operations, and other key departments.

  • Drive the on-time, high-quality delivery of all projects and products of all R&D efforts.

  • Responsible for the effective internal and external communication of information related to project status and health.

  • Drive conflict management through successful resolution or escalate to upper management for resolution.

  • Utilize internal systems and processes necessary to track and report on project progress and status to all internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist in the creation of new processes and procedures that will be used by the Program Management Office and other functional teams.

  • Drive continuous improvement, quality, and efficiency plans for all R&D resources.

  • 5-8 years’ experience in project management roles

  • Previous experience in Gaming preferred

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Cross-functional team building and collaboration skills

  • Ability to execute a business strategy

  • Business acumen, action oriented and results driven

  • Extremely detail oriented

  • Excellent planning, organization, project management and time management skills

  • Able to manage multiple projects, multi-task, and meet established deadlines
