The opportunity
Unity is at the forefront of mobile advertising technology, helping developers and advertisers create thriving ecosystems through our innovative User Acquisition (UA) and monetization solutions. As a Senior Client Partner on the Unity Ads team, you'll manage relationships with top advertisers in the Greater China region, helping them achieve their UA marketing goals and optimize their advertising performance as well as publishers revenue. You'll act as the main point of contact for 360 client management utilizing our suite of solutions, including UnityAds, Offerwall and Unity Levelplay.

This is an exciting role for someone passionate about gaming, mobile advertising, strategy, and relationship-building. You’ll play a key part in managing client needs while contributing to Unity’s regional growth targets in mobile monetization and performance UA advertising.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of gaming advertisers, acting as their main point of contact to drive campaign performance and deliver on revenue goals.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Unity’s UA/Monetization solutions across platforms, while proactively addressing client needs and campaign challenges.
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Performance, Technical Support, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth execution and delivery of advertiser goals.
  • Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), providing strategic insights and performance recommendations.
  • Represent Unity at key industry events and client meetings to deepen relationships and position Unity as a UA and monetization leader.

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience in mobile advertising, particularly in user acquisition or monetization.
  • A proven track record in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales, with measurable revenue success.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive optimization strategies.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid presentation skills and confidence in leading performance reviews with clients.
