This is an exciting opportunity to join Unity's Sales and Customer Success team on the ground in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and play a pivotal role in building our presence in one of the world's most economically thriving and rapidly emerging markets. In the short term, you will demonstrate your ability to quickly engage with existing and new leads, driving revenue opportunities and delivering immediate results. Long term, you’ll collaborate with the team to establish the foundational business for Unity across the Middle East, setting the stage for sustainable growth. What you'll be doing

  • Drive Revenue Growth
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities with new and existing clients to meet and exceed revenue targets in the Middle East region.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by managing leads, nurturing relationships, and leveraging tools to track and optimize performance.
  • Market Expansion & Business Development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for building Unity’s foundational business and expanding its market presence in the region.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and delivering value through Unity's solutions and services.
  • Regional Insights & Strategic Input
  • Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and strategic recommendations to inform business decisions and contribute to Unity's growth strategy in the Middle East.

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record in sales and business development, with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, particularly in managing complex, high-value sales opportunities.
  • Experience working in the Middle East, demonstrating knowledge of regional business practices and cultural nuances.
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations tailored to client needs, both in-person and virtually.
