The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Client Partner with a growth mindset to help fuel expansion across our enterprise client accounts. You’ll leverage your expertise and experience within Enterprise sales to navigate complex organizations, build key relationships, identify challenges, and develop tailored solutions to address them. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a talented and passionate team pioneering the future of video advertising and the creator economy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and success across a portfolio of Enterprise client accounts.
  • Lead, develop and execute client commercial strategy, setting targets and growth potential.
  • Proactively build and develop senior client relationships to ensure strategic growth
  • Define client organization to integrate Vidsy’s solutions effectively into their marketing ecosystems.
  • Discover client needs, building strategies to solve them via the Vidsy solution. 
  • Identify new commercial opportunities to foster client and company growth.
  • Collaborate with executive, product and creative teams to improve our solutions based on client feedback

Requirements

  • 7+ years (or equivalent) of industry experience
  • Proven track record in leading and growing large enterprise client accounts, to include multi $m valued partnerships.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in client discovery, mapping and solution selling approach
  • Growth mindset: Ambitious, embraces challenges and committed to continuous learning 
  • Clear and effective communicator: simplifies complex concepts for easy understanding
  • Confidence and leadership to motivate and inspire others to take action

Compensation & Package

  • 💰 Salary of $135,000 to $150,000 depending on experience
  • 💸 Uncapped sales commission plan
