Location: Hammersmith / Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid: 3 days per week) 

Join a highimpact team at the heart of how brands grow with Tesco. As a Senior Client Partner, you’ll work across a diverse portfolio, from wellknown CPGs to fastgrowing and emerging brands, shaping how they use data and insight to influence customers, win instore, and unlock new commercial opportunities. This role offers genuine variety, visibility, and the chance to help define growth strategies for clients at different stages of their journey with Tesco. 

What you’ll bring 

  • Experience using data and insight to shape & negotiate compelling commercial propositions. 
  • Strong understanding of the UK grocery landscape; BWS / Beverages, or Home / Household / HBW experience is a plus. 
  • Ability to quickly understand client businesses, diagnose performance drivers and translate these into clear actions. 
  • A consultative sales approach, adapting seamlessly between established brands and those newer to dataled decision making. 
  • Ability to build strong networks across varied client organisations, dunnhumby & Tesco 
  • High numerical capability with a structured approach to planning, forecasting and commercial value creation. 
  • Excellent communication skills, translating insight into clear, actionable recommendations. 
  • Confidence working across a blend of developmentfocused work and fasterpaced, newbusinessoriented client needs. 
  • Passion for people and team development as leading 1 direct report
