We seek an energetic, self-motivated, eager-to-learn Senior Client Executive to join the Corporate and Public Affairs (CPA) Division. If you have a passion for communications (or want to discover what it’s all about), a curious mind, and a can-do attitude, join us!
What you will learn:
- Demonstrates an understanding of public policy, government affairs, and research.
- Provides client service administration, including preparing client status and activity reports, attending meetings and conference calls, compiling media and competitor coverage, and coordinating press tour pitching, scheduling, and logistics.
- Research, outline, write, edit, and proofread materials, including media advisories, pitch letters/emails, biographies, reports, and fact sheets.
- Coordinates projects and events, including inviting media, preparing press kits, attending events, and preparing reports.
- Demonstrates general knowledge of current social media tools.
- Participates in the new business process, including research, audits, and proposal preparation.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders in various sectors, such as extractive commodities, state-owned firms, consumer goods, and technology.
What is required of you:
- Preferably has experience in another local PR/Comms agency or think tank group, with demonstrated activities including stakeholder engagement and research.
- Preferably has experience in public policy, government affairs, and research.
- Those with non-communications backgrounds, such as public policy/political science, international relations, economics, and law, are welcome.
- Those with prior experience with research and public surveys are preferred but optional.
- Has a high interest in finance, capital markets, and politics.
