Position Summary:

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Senior Claims Analyst to support its internal Risk Management team. This position is responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving a high volume of third-party damage claims arising from construction, utility, and infrastructure operations throughout the United States.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling (1) residential and commercial property damage claims and (2) claims arising out of auto accidents for infrastructure construction companies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume inventory of claims from first notice through final resolution.

  • Investigate construction-related property damage claims including utility line strikes and other excavation damage.

  • Investigate auto and personal injury claims on behalf of the company.

  • Determine liability and evaluate damages based on facts, documentation, inspections, contracts, and applicable laws.

  • Coordinate investigations with field operations, project management, HSE personnel, insurance carriers, TPAs, legal counsel, and outside experts.

  • Negotiate settlements within established authority levels and provide recommendations on higher-exposure claims.

  • Support litigation management efforts and maintain accurate claim documentation.

 Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of property claims handling experience.
  • Experience investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving property damage claims.
  • Experience working for a construction company is preferred.
  • Ability to independently manage a large caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
