POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Channel Manager - New Business - to manage and grow our strategic accounts in Spain, with a strong focus on clients using or exploring CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and solid expertise in the contact center technology ecosystem. In this role, you will maximize account value by identifying new opportunities, promoting high-impact CCaaS solutions, and ensuring a results-driven, customer-centric account management approach.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive pipeline growth by executing structured prospecting plans, identifying target accounts, and engaging multiple stakeholders across functions.
  • Generate and advance opportunities with clear value hypotheses and defined next steps, maintaining consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
  • Lead consultative discovery focused on business processes and outcomes, qualifying opportunities based on impact, urgency, and fit.
  • Translate customer needs into relevant use cases and measurable business value (e.g., efficiency gains, cost reduction, customer experience improvements).
  • Manage the full new business sales cycle, including demos, workshops, proof of concepts, and negotiations, in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Build compelling value propositions and ROI-driven business cases, addressing objections and guiding deals to successful close and handoff.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting through disciplined CRM management.
  • Develop and grow pipeline through partner ecosystems, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers and expanding market presence.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of experience in New Business Sales, Business Development, or Channel Sales, with a strong focus on pipeline generation and closing new logos.
  • Mandatory experience with CCaaS solutions, including understanding of core functionalities, operational KPIs, omnichannel capabilities, integrations (CRM, telephony, automation), and the typical CCaaS sales cycle.
  • Proven track record in acquiring new customers, building pipeline from scratch, and consistently closing net-new business within SaaS or telecommunications environments.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Solid understanding of the Spanish contact center market and current industry trends.
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and translate them into clear, value-driven CCaaS use cases and business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Availability for occasional travel to client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
