The Role

As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Sales department is hiring a Senior Channel Account Manager for the APJ Region. This high-profile position will have frequent communication with senior leadership and play a pivotal role in driving our strategic partner and channel initiatives across the region.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate APJ-wide experience with a strong focus on channel and partner ecosystems, and bring a proven ability to develop and execute a clear, focused channel strategy. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a regional channel partner strategy aligned with Nozomi’s strategic priorities.
  • Recruit and enable targeted channel partners, including Distributors, Resellers, System Integrators, OEM partners, and MSSPs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel and technology partners to drive incremental business.
  • Collaborate across a matrix organization, balancing diverse stakeholder needs and objectives.
  • Deliver regular partner performance metrics and exceed quarterly sales bookings and channel-specific OKRs.
  • Work closely with Marketing to design and implement campaigns and promotions for channel partners.
  • Represent Nozomi Networks at industry trade shows and security-related conferences.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and cybersecurity trends.
  • Perform additional responsibilities to support channel strategy execution and overall business objectives.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Bring extensive APJ experience, with a strong emphasis on Northern Asia channel and partner ecosystems.
  • Demonstrate success in building and managing regional channel programs for technology vendors (IoT/OT Security preferred).
  • Have experience working with OEM partners is a plus
  • Be willing and able to travel extensively across the region, often on short notice, and adapt to dynamic business needs.
  • Navigate matrix organizations effectively, aligning multiple stakeholders toward common goals.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, with a proactive, positive, and collaborative approach.
  • Act as a cultural driver who fosters teamwork and contributes to a high-performance environment.
  • Show a strong track record of conceiving and executing scalable partner programs that deliver measurable revenue impact.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s degree is a plus.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English.
