Position Purpose:
Accountable for end-to-end delivery of change management activities (end user training, access readiness, readiness measurements, deployment engagement) across STEP workstreams, communities to ensure business readiness and user adoption, and successful transition to new ways of working at go-live.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Training Delivery Ownership: Own end-to-end training plan execution (TTT + End User Training) Ensure on-time delivery of all training deliveries to ensure deployment (LMS related tasks)
- Training Content Production: Development (new) and maintain (existing) role-based training materials (ILT, videos, simulations, job aids). Ensure content quality, consistency with global standards, and business relevance ensured. Manage material review cycles with SMEs, workstream leads, system integrator
- Stakeholder & Resource Management: Coordinate SMEs, key users, trainers, and content developers to ensure availability and commitment of required resources to. Actively manage conflicts, capacity gaps, and delays
- Training Execution & Rollout: Coordinate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and end-user training delivery. Monitor training participation and completion in LMS
- Role Mapping & Access Readiness: Own access management/role mapping lifecycle (UAT + Production, pre- and post–go-live). Ensure complete and accurate role mapping (roles, user groups, users; no duplication). Drive alignment and sign-off with Role SMEs and GPOs. Coordinate with security/Authorization teams on role design changes and impacts. Ensure readiness for UAT execution and production access provisioning. Maintain role mapping tools, outputs, and Business Roles Catalogue
- Readiness & Performance Tracking: Track delivery & readiness KPIs (completion, coverage, readiness). Identify gaps impacting go-live readiness & provide status reporting
- Alignment with Change & Deployment: Ensure training is aligned with deployment timelines and business readiness needs. Coordinate with change, comms, and role mapping teams. Responsible for performing all assigned activities in compliance with GxP regulations, company SOPs, and data integrity requirements.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, HR, or change/transformation related field
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) — preferred with a relevant min experience of 8+ years' experience in training delivery, change- and project management in large-scale multi-year transformation programs
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA or similar applications, including end-user training and role mapping / access management
- Strong track record in managing complex, cross-functional delivery (multiple workstreams, SMEs, vendors)
- Hands-on experience with Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and end-user training rollouts, exposure to UAT, and access provisioning processes in a transformation context

- Training & Enablement: Ability to design scalable, role-based training and translate complex system changes into practical, user-relevant content
