With a strong focus on end-user enablement, scaled training, adoption support, and practical change management, this role will lead and execute initiatives that improve awareness, confidence, and effective use of the Google Suite across the business. The ideal candidate combines strong change-management discipline with hands-on experience using Google Workspace in a professional setting and a practical understanding of how AI tools can improve productivity, communication, and inspire others to use Google Gemini AI capabilities in their day-to-day work.
Responsibilities
Responsible for solving complex problems and delivering change management initiatives for Google Workspace, Google Gemini, and other internal tools; leading smaller projects, and providing informal guidance to colleagues.
Lead change management and enablement initiatives across Google Gemini, Gemini Notebook, and core Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, and Meet.
Develop and execute adoption plans that support enterprise-wide rollout, reinforcement, and sustained usage across the global organization.
Design and scale end-user training for both Gemini and Google Workspace capabilities, including live sessions, self-service resources, job aids, FAQs, and office hours.
Run proofs of concept, pilot programs, and hackathon-style engagement events to identify high-value use cases, test workflows, and accelerate adoption.
Serve as a key support and enablement partner to Google technical admins by translating Google AI and productivity capabilities into practical, easy-to-use guidance for everyday work for end users.
Partner cross-functionally to build communications, gather feedback, remove adoption barriers, and continuously improve the employee experience.
5-10 years of experience in change management, digital enablement, learning and development, technology adoption, internal communications, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise technology adoption initiatives from planning through rollout and reinforcement.
Must have worked with Google Workspace in a professional setting and be comfortable training others transitioning from Microsoft tools to adopt core Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive, Meet, etc.).
Experience helping end users across all levels adopt new tools or workflows through training, support content, communications, or structured change programs.
Strong ability to translate technical or emerging AI capabilities into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
