En tant que conseiller principal ou conseillère principale en gestion du changement, vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein d’un programme stratégique de transformation technologique visant la migration des plateformes Atlassian Data Center vers Atlassian Cloud. Vous définirez et mettrez en œuvre la stratégie globale de gestion du changement afin de favoriser l’adoption de nouvelles façons de travailler, d’accompagner les parties prenantes et de maximiser les bénéfices d’affaires de la transformation.
ResponsibilitiesVotre quotidien
Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie globale de gestion du changement pour le programme de migration vers Atlassian Cloud;
Élaborer une feuille de route d’adoption alignée sur les objectifs d’affaires et intégrer les activités de changement à la gouvernance du programme;
Évaluer la préparation organisationnelle, cerner les résistances potentielles et définir des stratégies d’atténuation;
Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de communication, de mobilisation, de formation et de soutien aux utilisateurs;
Animer des ateliers, des groupes de travail et des communautés de pratique réunissant plusieurs secteurs;
Conseiller les commanditaires, les directions de projet et les gestionnaires sur les meilleures pratiques de gestion du changement;
Fournir des recommandations stratégiques aux comités de gouvernance et à la haute direction;
Développer des mécanismes, des indicateurs et des tableaux de bord pour mesurer l’adoption, la préparation organisationnelle et la réalisation des bénéfices;
Suivre les risques liés à l’adoption et recommander des mesures correctives favorisant l’amélioration continue.
Les clés de votre réussite
Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent;
7 à 10 ans d’expérience en gestion du changement, en communication organisationnelle ou en transformation organisationnelle;
Expérience significative au sein de programmes de transformation technologique d’envergure et de contextes complexes impliquant plusieurs unités d’affaires;
Excellente maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion du changement, notamment Prosci ou une méthode équivalente;
Solides capacités d’influence auprès des gestionnaires, des directions et des commanditaires de programmes.
Capacité à analyser des problématiques complexes et à élaborer des stratégies d’atténuation adaptées;
Leadership d’influence et aptitude à mobiliser des équipes multidisciplinaires sans autorité hiérarchique;
Compréhension approfondie des enjeux humains liés aux transformations numériques et capacité à traduire les objectifs d’affaires en stratégies d’adoption concrètes.
Vos atouts supplémentaires
Expérience de migration vers des environnements infonuagiques;
Expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou les services financiers;
Connaissance des outils Atlassian, notamment Jira, Confluence et Jira Service Management.

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in change management, organizational communications, or organizational transformation
- Significant experience with large-scale technology transformation programs involving multiple business units
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, including Prosci or an equivalent method
- Strong ability to influence managers, executives, and program sponsors
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
- Influential leadership and ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams without hierarchical authority
