Are you passionate about shaping the future of communication and driving impactful change? We’re seeking a talented and motivated Senior Change Communications Specialist to inform, inspire, and empower stakeholders during transformative initiatives.

In this role, you’ll design and execute innovative communication strategies that translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messages. You’ll manage multi-channel outreach, craft targeted messaging, and partner with leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals. By leveraging proven change methodologies like Proci’s ADKAR model, you’ll guide stakeholders through change with confidence and precision. Your expertise in analytics and continuous improvement will help measure success and enhance engagement, fostering collaboration and ensuring streamlined processes for maximum impact.

What you will do

  • Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to support organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall operational and strategic initiatives.

  • Produce high-quality content for various internal channels, including emails, intranet articles, presentations, and videos, to effectively communicate change initiatives.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and other key stakeholders to understand communication needs and provide strategic advice on messaging and delivery.

  • Foster a culture of transparency and engagement by developing change communication materials that resonate with employees and encourage participation in change initiatives, demonstrating executive presence and the ability to provide executives with strategic communication advice.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, using metrics and feedback to continuously improve and adapt approaches.

  • Support the development and execution of crisis communication plans as needed, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination during critical periods.

  • Provide training and support to managers and leaders on effective communication practices during times of change.

  • Operates to develop, lead and coordinate broad-based change external and internal communications initiatives.

  • Acts as an external spokesperson and participates in cross-functional teams for complex inquiries and project activities.

  • Engages in other duties as needed that support our Values and help deliver on our Purpose to serve customers and build stronger communities.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Communications with specialization in organizational communication, marketing, English or related Preferred

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on change management or organizational change.

  • Proven experience working in communications, business, public affairs, marketing, or related field.

  • Solid foundation in change and strategic communications.
