What You Will accomplish:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead all aspects of the implementation of long-term category strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Lead high-impact projects and initiatives that drive category growth and innovation.

  • Business Development Support: Support BD team at trade shows and with pitches where appropriate

  • Market Insight and Analysis:Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

  • Seller Management: Establish and maintain partnerships with key strategic sellers and negotiate sophisticated agreements and contracts to ensure advantageous terms and conditions.

  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews and adjust strategies as vital to meet targets.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align category needs with overall business goals..

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and satisfaction within the category

What You Will Bring:

  • Strong Collaboration Skills: Ability to work optimally with cross-functional teams, including RaaS partners and Business Development, to support brand outreach and task coordination.

  • Analytical Capabilities: Expertise in gathering and analyzing data to develop compelling pitch deck materials and advise market research insights.

  • Contract Management Proficiency: Experience in managing contract execution processes, ensuring compliance and facilitating successful negotiations.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Skills in resolving non-trade-related brand concerns, such as counterfeit issues, to support partnership growth.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks for optimal launch and ramp-up, contributing to product assortment and financial target creation.

  • Asset and Incentive Management: Experience in acquiring marketing assets and incentives to support brand initiatives and ramp-up efforts.

  • Performance Analysis Expertise: Capacity to assist in creating transparent performance reports for stakeholders, aiding analysis post-launch.

  • Strategic Market Insight: Ability to conduct market research to identify industry trends and provide strategic recommendations.

  • Process Improvement Focus: Dedication to offering actionable feedback to improve efficiency and streamline operations.

  • Leadership in Strategic Reviews: Experience leading strategic reviews like QBRs to evaluate and strategize for future success.
