Job Summary

The Corporate Restructuring Senior Case Manager is responsible for managing complex restructuring cases, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading process improvements. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, overseeing project management, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Manage complex restructuring cases from initiation to completion.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service.

  • Lead process improvements and implement best practices.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

  • Oversee end-to-end project management and ensure timely delivery.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Preferred: Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Required: 8+ years of experience in case management and corporate restructuring.

  • Preferred: Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams.
