cBEYONData is seeking a Capture Manager with deep experience driving, shaping, and capturing large, complex deals with Federal customers.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, and managing captures within your assigned markets
- Leading and facilitating win strategy development including technical, management, teaming, past performance, staffing, pricing, etc.
- Leading and coordinating or black hats, determining cBEYONData’ s strengths and weaknesses, as well as those of its potential competitors
- Creating and maintaining capture artifacts
- Presenting capture plans to the executive team and effectively incorporate constructive input
- Leading and managing all stakeholder relationships (individuals, key people, teammates, working groups, etc.) to produce a discriminating offer that is competitive and responsive to customer issues
- Other capture tasks include shape the procurement; gathering program intelligence; and white paper development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum 5+ years’ experience as a capture manager developing and leading multiple RFP based capture efforts.
- Understanding of the full business development lifecycle
- Experience interacting with and briefing senior government and industry acquisition officials
- Proactive, organized, aggressive, and highly-skilled professional
- Experience building winning teams that include subcontractors, whether those be small business or traditional/non-traditional defense contractors.
- Contribute to decisions to Prime vs subcontract depending on pwin and customer/requirement understanding
- Experience with contributing to proposals and the RFI, RFQ, or Capability based response processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills, while maintaining a positive attitude, strong drive for results
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
- Comfortable working with Business Development, Financial, Proposal, and Product teams during the Capture process
