Conduct the following within prescribed deadlines:
- Design, develop, and maintain operational training curricula, learning pathways, job aids, and procedural documentation, aligned with current policies, regulatory requirements, operating procedures, and business priorities.
- Partner with Learning & Development Team to design and maintain operational learning programmes within the existing learning platform.
- Collaborate with the Client Excellence Team and subject matter experts to maintain and continuously improve jurisdictional knowledge repositories.
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training for new joiners and existing employees in line with the Learning Academy Framework.
- Conduct post-training assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions.
- Recommend retraining, coaching, or capability development actions based on assessment outcomes.
- Analyse quality assurance findings, operational defects, compliance issues, and customer escalations to identify recurring themes and root causes.
- Perform trend analysis, Pareto analysis, and other diagnostic techniques to identify learning opportunities and operational risks.
- Translate operational insights into targeted learning and improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate weekly quality circles, knowledge-sharing sessions, and operational best practice forums across teams.
- Provide one-to-one and team coaching to reinforce expected standards, behaviours, and operational procedures.
- Support managers in embedding learning, developing improvement plans and ensuring improvements become sustainable ways of working.
- Monitor the impact of training and coaching interventions on quality, productivity, and customer outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams on process execution and capability development.
- Continuously improve the Learning Academy Framework for learning effectiveness.
- To undertake any ad hoc duties as may be required.
Other Responsibilities
- Be aware of risk exposure and promptly escalate issues arising to members of the Management team
- Protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information on Ocorian, its clients and employees at all times to safeguard the professional reputation of Ocorian, its employees and its clients.
- Comply with all information security policies, procedures and guidelines in place at Ocorian to ensure information security.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, finance or related field
- 5+ years work experience in management company, client service delivery or shared services.
- Good understanding of financial services operations, global business, including AML/CFT requirements.
- Proven experience in operational training, coaching, quality assurance, or continuous improvement roles.
- Proven experience of quality analysis methodologies and root cause analysis techniques.
- Proven experience conducting trend analysis and using performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Proven capability in training design and learning content development.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills with strong presentation development capability.
- Proven experience working with AI / automation tools is preferred.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
