As part of our Individual & Family Plan (IFP) business, we are expanding our product portfolio to serve a diverse set of members and meet the needs our state and federal partners. Reporting to the Member Materials Manager, Product Management and Regulatory Alignment, this new role will assist in the process for translating regulatory requirements for member material content into clear technical requirements and ensure the produced member materials are compliant, accurate, and delivered timely.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage COC merging process and document implementation for the IFP market year over year
- Create and implement SBCs and DBDs for the IFP market year over year
- Assist in authoring rules and content included within the Member Materials automated systems
- Assist in ensuring accuracy of final version of materials delivered to members or published on UnitedHealthcare's public website
- Assist in documenting business processes

Required Qualifications:
- Certificate of Coverage (COC) and Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) experience
- Individual Market, Medicaid, or Commercial insurance experience
- Plan Library system experience
- Proficiency in developing documented processes and workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proven effective in attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with the urgency to drive work forward
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to changes in work direction and able to pivot work accordingly
- Proven ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Proven team player able to form working professional relationships
- Proven effective communicator (persuasive written, oral, and presentation skills)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
