Job Summary: 


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Campaign Strategist to join our dynamic team at Add3. As a Senior Campaign Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies for our top clients across our digital marketing teams. Your expertise in strategic thinking, visual aesthetics, and creative ideation will be instrumental in driving client success and fostering growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead the conceptualization and creation of strategic digital marketing campaigns inclusive of both creative and media initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and target audiences.


Develop visually compelling pitch decks and presentations that effectively communicate campaign strategies, incorporating creative elements, audience intelligence, and channel utilization to enhance client engagement.


Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize top clients based on spend, focusing efforts on delivering exceptional results and maximizing ROI.


Proactively pinpoint and capitalize on unrealized opportunities within client campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.


Assist in new sales efforts by contributing to pitches, campaign concepts, and ideation sessions, showcasing the agency's capabilities and expertise.


Plug in across client teams to identify key growth opportunities and deliver innovative solutions that drive client growth and improve satisfaction and retention.


Stay updated on industry media channels and creative usage trends, emerging technologies and platforms, and best practices in digital marketing, incorporating new ideas and strategies into client campaigns.


Qualifications:


Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign strategy and creative concept development.


Proven track record of successfully leading high-budget digital media campaigns and activations for top-tier clients across multiple verticals.


Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate client objectives into innovative campaign ideas.


Exceptional visual and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.


Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.


Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.


Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
