What You’ll Drive
- Develop and implement communication marketing initiatives/strategies/campaigns to generate quality leads and engage with target audiences.
- Analyzing and developing market trends and setting the direction of marketing and business development.
- Bring new ideas and concepts forward to develop innovative and effective solutions for business.
- Work closely with Product Team / MKS Team / Sale Team / or related parties to generate marketing strategies, to be competitive in the market.
- Manage Project company/campaign/product communication strategy and ensure they are in line with organization direction.
- Research Consumers & Competitors Insight / activities and utilize these information to generate communication concepts & campaigns.
- Generate not only communication but new products and services with the product development team.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in Strategy Marketing Communication over 3 years.
- Experience in Business Development for service products is an advantage.
- The drive and energy to manage multiple tasks / duties while looking for new opportunities.
- Abilities to provide constructive advice, perform logical analytical thinking, and execute efficient and quick problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to understand consumer needs and handle the negotiation process.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Experience in Strategy Marketing Communication over 3 years
- Experience in Business Development for service products
- The drive and energy to manage multiple tasks / duties while looking for new opportunities
