BIG THINK CREATIVE

At Big Think Creative, we collaborate with partners to shape and share their biggest ideas. We’re a team of editors, directors, designers and strategists — but also dreamers, builders and lifelong learners. And we bring expertise, enthusiasm and endless curiosity to everything we do.

From emerging technology to human connection, we know how to make people lean in, think twice and expand their perspectives. We create custom content in all formats, including expert interviews, field documentaries, written features and social shorts. We work with a wide range of partners, and our campaigns have won several awards including Digiday's In-House Studio of the Year 2025.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to lead the day-to-day execution and strategic direction of the brand publication for one of our most dynamic and growing partnerships. This is a mid-level, partner-facing role that requires both strong operational ownership and the strategic instinct to drive meaningful results across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is an experienced digital media or publishing professional who can work independently, communicate directly with partners, and bring proactive thinking to performance, distribution, and content strategy.

What You’ll Do:

Publishing & Distribution

  • Own end-to-end publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook
  • Develop platform-specific copy that meets editorial standards and brand voice
  • Manage scheduling, publishing, and post-publication follow-through (live links, engagement instructions, collab invites)
  • Coordinate collaborations with the partner and third-party organizations, and fold results into monthly reporting
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement across social channels, including responding to comments and surfacing opportunities

Performance & Strategy

  • Monitor and report on performance against brand publication goals
  • Proactively diagnose performance dips and recommend corrective action
  • Make strategic post-publication adjustments to optimize for goal achievement
  • Frame performance reporting in service of partner goals and KPIs

Influential Mentions Strategy

  • Own the end-to-end influential mentions strategy, including identifying and prioritizing target voices
  • Build and maintain X lists per priority initiative area
  • Monitor target activity across platforms and track engagement for monthly reporting
  • Identify and execute opportunistic engagement (quote posts, account interactions)

Design Oversight

  • Oversee designers producing publishing assets including carousels, article cards, and quote posts
  • Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and edits to ensure visual output supports the distribution strategy

Partner & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the day-to-day campaign operational point of contact with the client and third-party partners
  • Coordinate release dates, collab invites, and cross-functional alignment with partner counterparts
  • Gather monthly input from initiative leads on evolving priorities and influential voices
  • Handle forward-facing logistical conversations independently; escalate strategic questions to the Associate Director of Campaign Strategy

Newsletter Management

  • Support copy writing and management across the expanded newsletter suite
  • Potential to own launch and operation of Substack newsletters by initiative area

What You’ll Need:

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital media, publishing, content strategy, or a related field
  • Strong editorial instincts and proven copywriting ability for digital and social platforms
  • Experience managing social media accounts at scale across multiple platforms
  • Comfort working directly with clients or partners in a professional, fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and analytical approach to performance tracking and optimization
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social listening, influential voice monitoring, or advocacy/media strategy is a plus

What You’ll Get:

  • Work from home flexibility: We’ve been remote-first since inception.
  • Growth and mentorship: Join a supportive, collaborative team with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Competitive benefits: Enjoy comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage and 401(k).
