The Senior Campaign Development Engineer solves complex business campaign related problems and issues using data from internal sources to build, evaluate, and test population lists against design expectations of measure owners. The Senior Campaign Engineer will demonstrate what is possible from available data, build and ship population lists, develop automated workflows and based on experience influence decisions. Assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of data requires an in-depth evaluation of numerous variable factors and automates the build process to meet recurring campaign eligibility needs.

The Senior Campaign Development Engineer uses data, tools, technologies, knowledge and experience with Medicare Advantage Stars and other healthcare related data to identify target populations, build repeatable workflows, and automate eligibility list creation. The Campaign Engineer defines and executes practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, automate and present data in order to create insightful and actionable population listings and applicable information. Through experience and practice, is forward thinking to avoid issues and barriers. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Identifies, documents, uses and encourages the use of best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of technical experience in data analysis, Marketing/Advertising OR Master's degree and 3 or more years of experience OR equivalent work experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
  • Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
  • Proficiency in understanding Stars and Healthcare related data
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Experience with SQL, TOAD, Oracle PL/SQL and other data tools
  • Must have a positive attitude and model team centered, member first culture
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach inexperienced partners on campaign process, peer review SQL code and automation scripts as well as provide testing support for peers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree in Marketing or a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Experience with tools such as Power Apps, PowerBI, and Qlik for creating data visualizations
  • Experience creating campaign solutions for various healthcare sectors
  • Expertise in data mining

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$78,800 - $108,500 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
