About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C#/.NET Developer with strong experience in the banking and financial services industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications within banking environments, with a deep understanding of financial systems, integrations, and secure software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using C# and .NET technologies.
• Develop and support solutions for banking systems, payment processing, financial transactions, and customer-facing applications.
• Build and maintain APIs, web services, and system integrations with internal and external banking platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in application architecture, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
• Implement security, compliance, and regulatory requirements applicable to financial institutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing applications using C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• Previous experience working within a banking, financial services, fintech, or payment processing environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• C#
• .NET Core / .NET Framework
• ASP.NET MVC/Web API
• SQL Server
• RESTful APIs
• Object-Oriented Design Principles
• Experience with software integration and enterprise application development.
• Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git.
• Knowledge of secure coding standards and financial industry compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with banking platforms, payment systems, or financial transaction processing.
• Familiarity with:
• Microservices Architecture
• Azure or AWS
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, MSMQ)
• CI/CD Pipelines
• Understanding of:
