Pay Range:
$73,100.00 - $120,200.00ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manages the purchase and production plan to ensure inventory supply through the analysis of consumption, reorder points and order quantities
- Maintain a forecast and safety stock levels. Incorporate historical sales and forward-looking forecasts from commercial teams
- Submits purchase orders for direct and indirect materials
- Compile and analyze data to perform price analysis, make source selections, and procurement justifications
- Maintain a forecast and safety stock levels using historical sales data
- Manage open orders, including past due production and purchase orders
- Interact with OEM vendors to manage production and fulfillment schedules
- Communicate expectations with relevant vendors, quality and customer care teams
- Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI), including daily review of customer backorders
- Identify expired Items, salvage useable components, and re-work when possible
- Maintain ERP data fields used to support purchasing and production planning
- Troubleshoot ERP errors for team
- Assist in launch of new products
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues of moderate complexity independently
- Lead projects and new initiatives for the department
- Redesign workflows to optimize for time, cost, or resource savings.
- Train teams on effective planning and purchasing techniques
- Utilize problem solving and continuous improvement techniques to eliminate waste
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow company policies, practices and safety guidelines as outlined.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent (AA degree plus APICS certification with a minimum of 5 to 8 4+ years of related experience)
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- ERP Expertise, Microsoft Dynamics
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office with advanced excel skills
- Familiarity with ISO and cGMP requirements
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
