We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our expert team. In this role, you will be pivotal in understanding and documenting client requirements, helping to shape the direction of our software development projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, user stories, and change management plans.
- Facilitate communication between IT teams and business units to ensure a clear understanding of project expectations and deliverables.
- Perform thorough data analysis, workflow analysis, and process mapping to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development teams by providing clarification on requirements and participating in testing and validation processes.
- Engage in strategic discussions with management to help define project scope and objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred Arabic & English speakers.
- Business Process Reengineering .
- Expert in documenting business requirements and workflows
- Analysing BRS , scope provided by consultant and coordinate .
- Project Management skills & agile .
- Expert in analysing and interpreting business operation to BRS & IT requirements
- Knowledge of business process modelling tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the software industry.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and business process modeling tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
