As our Senior Business Systems Manager, you will be the technical backbone and strategic architect for our core enterprise platforms. You will bridge the gap between our Finance and People teams, ensuring these ecosystems are perfectly synced, highly automated, and ready for the future. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role. You aren't just maintaining software; you are leading the selection of new tooling, building robust integrations, and designing an AI Roadmap that shifts our teams from manual tasks to high-value strategy.
What you’ll doAct as the primary administrator for Finance and People systems, managing configurations/integrations, permissions, and maintenance.
Design and maintain end-to-end processes that span the entire employee and financial lifecycles.
Design and execute against a long-term AI adoption roadmap by deploying AI-driven capabilities within our tech stack.
Identify operational bottlenecks within the Finance and People teams and deploy automated solutions to reduce manual data entry and human error.
Lead the rollout of new tools, features and/or system updates, ensuring team members are trained, completing user acceptance testing, and to maintain business continuity.
Partner with teams to eliminate operational bottlenecks using middleware or AI tools to automate workflows.
8+ years of experience in system administration experience across finance and people applications.
Technical Depth: Strong functional understanding of NetSuite and Workday with proficiency in billing and revenue recognition systems. Experience in implementing Workday.
Deep understanding of Finance and People process areas and the enabling role of systems and data in delivering business outcomes.
Proven track record of designing and deploying AI/LLM-powered workflows or agentic systems to improve business efficiency.
Ability to design scalable data flows across the entire tech stack into a cohesive ecosystem.
Demonstrated ability to align system architecture and business capabilities to strategic priorities through strong cross-functional collaboration.
Proven ability to independently drive complex projects under ambiguity and deliver results.
The salary range for this role is $175,000 - $220,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
