  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into robust technical specifications and NetSuite solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and internal or third-party platforms (such as Salesforce, Workday, and ZIP) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like Workato.
  • Leverage AI development tools to assist with scripting, debugging, and accelerating the software development lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to NetSuite functionality, performance, and third-party integrations.
  • Configure and manage NetSuite custom records, fields, forms, workflows, saved searches, and SuiteAnalytics reports.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, and provide training or technical support to end-users.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in NetSuite development, customization, and administration
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and SuiteScript, alongside knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP), HTML, and CSS
  • AI Tool Proficiency: Experience utilizing AI coding assistants (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Cursor) to enhance development efficiency and code quality.
  • Integration Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with integration platforms, specifically Workato, Mulesoft, or Dell Boomi
  • Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting and business processes, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and General Ledger
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • Bonus: NetSuite certifications (such as SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant, or SuiteFoundation) are highly preferred
