As part of this initiative, we are building generative AI-based conversational virtual assistants, copilots for enterprise applications, operations management solutions and other forward-looking solutions across IT and other business functions including sales, HR, finance, and supply chain balancing build-vs-buy investments.

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep process and system expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes for SW & Services Monetization Program, including order management, pricing, output management, delivery management, billing and Entitlement mgmt. Key responsibilities include requirement gathering, prototyping, configuration, testing, and implementation for enabling Software/Services processes. Additional responsibilities include developing data migration strategies, providing production support, documenting procedures, and delivering user training. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading transformational initiatives and driving continuous improvement in OTC area, while effectively managing the operational demands of maintaining existing solutions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Interact with product, engineering & business teams to gather & analyze requirements for the SW & Services Monetization Program.

  • Design, develop, and enhance robust, scalable solutions across the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) landscape and associated satellite systems.

  • Operate as an expert to review business requirements, process designs, solution designs, and implementation. Build and maintain critical integrations between SAP and other satellite systems supporting the Order-to-Cash process

  • Generate, assess, and uphold high-level project plans, detailed functional and technical design documents for various functional areas.

  • Develop Roadmaps for the SW & Services Monetization Program and align within IT and with the business. Develop and maintain use cases, process diagrams and user functional flows.

  • Develop and execute test plans for unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality outcomes. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage weekly/monthly deployment release cycles.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and OTC business users. Collaborate with Business, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver innovative solutions. Work with internal and external development teams to create scalable and sustainable custom applications and enhancements to packaged applications.

  • Partner with IT Vendor Management Office in RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract renewals and negotiations.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business

  • 12 + years of SAP SD implementation experience.

  • Deep experience in enabling Software/Services processes - SW Fulfillment, Licensing Mgmt, Entitlement Mgmt, SW Delivery, Renewal and Upgrade business.

  • Extensive experience in configuring, designing, and implementing Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions. Solid experience in Master data, Order Management, Output Management, EDI, Pricing, Delivery Management, Inter-company process, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.

  • Background with large scale, multi-system integrations.

  • Background with order types, pricing, delivery processing, shipments, and billing. Previous experience with sales master data, Entitlement and revenue recognition a plus.

  • Experience with SFDC CRM enterprise solutions a plus.

  • Self-motivated individual with a track record of working independently and spearheading new projects.

  • Experience collaborating with application developers, and offshore teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions.

  • In-depth understanding of testing strategies, data migration approaches, and release management processes

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Be Proactive, offer expertise and support in other areas besides Software and Services as needed.

  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA systems and integrations is a plus.

  • Background with Cloud systems like SFDC, entitlement management systems.

  • Exposure to multiple middleware system architectures is a plus (SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft etc.,).

  • Experience with subscription billing products like SAP RAR, BRIM or Zuora.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 270,250 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
