Are you a business problem-solver with a passion for technology? Join Uline’s Executive Operations team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst where you’ll bridge IT and business needs to drive critical technology solutions for our growing North American company.

Position Responsibilities

Partner with IT and business teams to guide technology solutions that align with company objectives, acting as a strategic owner for enterprise systems.

Assess IT requests with a business-focused approach, guiding projects to meet operational needs and drive meaningful outcomes.

Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights to management.

Serve as liaison between corporate and regional locations, conducting audits to identify system improvements, optimize performance and enhance processes and communication.
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree.
-
10+ years working in a cross-functional role.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Project Management experience or certificate is preferred.

IT knowledge and SQL experience a plus.
