💻 Role

  • We’re seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead the simplification, scaling, and support of our HRIS ecosystem, with a primary focus on Workday. You will serve as the Workday domain expert, driving innovation in business processes and ensuring seamless integration with tools like ADP and other ecosystem applications.

    Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our New York, San Francisco, or Los Angeles hubs.

As our next Senior Business Systems Analyst you should have 5+ years of experience supporting and configuring Workdaywith deep knowledge of Payroll and Time Tracking, plus:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong ability to connect the dots between processes, operations, and technical solutions, driving both tactical and strategic outcomes.
  • Adept at translating business needs into actionable technical solutions, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You take initiative to address challenges head-on, seeking solutions and driving results rather than waiting for others to act.
  • Passionate about assessing new features, making informed recommendations, and driving system enhancements that scale with the business.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, building scalable systems and processes from scratch with minimal guidance.
  • A hands-on problem solver who values precision and can balance immediate needs with long-term strategic goals.

💰Compensation

$135,000/year to $155,000/year + benefits + equity

The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below) or equity.
