The Senior Business Systems Analyst – DocuSign & Legal Applications leads the digital technology strategy, delivery, and system integration roadmap for solutions supporting the Legal organization, with a primary focus on the DocuSign enterprise ecosystem (eSignature, CLM, and workflow automation).This role acts as the primary strategic liaison between Digital Technology and Legal business stakeholders. The Senior Business Systems Analyst translates complex legal, contracting, and compliance requirements into robust functional architectures and integration roadmaps. Key Responsibilities
- Project Management and Delivery Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex DT projects centered on DocuSign enhancements, workflow automation, and custom integrations.
- DocuSign Platform & Integration Leadership: Contribute to the development of goals and operational plans for the legal team function by converting business requirements into solutions for the Docusign platform.
- Ensure high availability of operations and business continuity for Docusign application.
- Responsible for Docusign operations support of the platform working with key business partners.
- Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes, administration of the tool, end user ease of use, integration of systems with the scope of legal use of Docusign to support the contract lifecycle.
- Evaluate and root cause difficult and often complex problems involving multiple integrated systems and processes within legal applications.
Influence others outside the job function regarding policies, practices and procedures. - Analyze problems guide other professionals throughout the organization across functions.
- Utilize knowledge of DT processes and usage of software and systems supporting the legal organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s University Degree in computer science/engineering (or equivalent)
- 5 years of prior relevant experience, with at least 2 cross functional project implementations
- Direct experience implementing, configuring, or integrating DocuSign (eSignature, DocuSign CLM, or DocuSign APIs).
- DocuSign Administrator or Implementation Specialist accreditation.
- Familiarity with project management and experience leading projects from requirements gathering through implementation and operation support.
- Understanding of Data Classifications, IT Security, Data Privacy and Compliance.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Experience with training and user support.
- 5 years of prior relevant project deployment
- Experience within a project implementation of 2 enterprise solutions
- Proven analytical and problem resolution skills with systems thinking mentality to ensure data quality.
- Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans with minimum management
- Ability to influence and build consensus with other IT teams and leadership
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing and maintaining systems relating to manufacturing plant physical security.
- Master’s University Degree in computer science/engineering (or equivalent)
- Project management certification - PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
