JOB TITLE: Senior Business Systems Analyst
LOCATION: 1 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.)
DUTIES: Create and deliver high quality system solutions for applications, products and services across all technology functions; maintain the product backlog and prioritized list of requirements for current and future product development; support, analyze, research, coordinate all payments processing issues and discrepancies; attend status calls with HHS and other stakeholders providing updates, discussing/clarifying business requirements, informing the client of any/all issues; gather requirements for Portals & payments processing; generate user audit reports and maintain CA Agile rally work items; support team with artifacts for security control assessment; consult with users and technology specialists to define business processes and the information systems for supporting those processes; perform analysis and serve as business liaisons to understand and refine business requirements; provide technical support in developing systems that are cost effective and meet users' requirements; create systems that work together in a cohesive manner, enforcing standards and methods consistently across the enterprise; and review work performed by others and provide recommendations for improvement. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S.
REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or an business systems analyst-related occupation.
Experience must include:
* Manual and automated test execution;
* Executing database queries and validation of data consistency;
* Documenting QA artifacts;
* Software development technologies such as Waterfall or Agile;
* Testing tools such as JAWS, HP QTP, UFT, or SOAP UI;
* Languages such as JavaScript, SQL, or VB Script;
* SQL server, SQL Developer, WinSCP, or PuTTY;
* Bug/ defect tracking tools such as CA Agile; and
* MS Office, SharePoint, or EDI compliance
RATE OF PAY: $106,579 - $172,746 / per year
