Acumatica is looking for a Senior Business System Analyst to join our Platform Analytics Team in Belgrade, Serbia!

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders;
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications;
• Design mockups and wireframes to visualize requirements (Figma or similar tools);
• Model and optimize business processes (use cases, user stories, UML sequence diagram);
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, project managers, and product owners;
• Coordinate work of multiple teams, synchronize activities, and ensure feature delivery from idea to production;
• Monitor progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution to keep development on track;
• Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities;
• Provide acceptance testing and develop test cases;
• Participate in the release cycle: analyze support requests, reproduce and verify bug fixes, and prepare release notes for customers;
• Review system documentation;

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in IT projects;
• Hands-on experience in writing specifications, user stories, and use cases;
• Practical skills in process modeling and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.);
• Experience in creating wireframes/mockups in Figma;
• Knowledge of databases and SQL;
• Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs);
• Knowledge of BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau);
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-team collaboration, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery;
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, ability to bridge business and technical perspectives;
• Experience in large-scale or international projects;
• Professional knowledge of English is mandatory, Russian would be a plus
