Vista Innovative Solutions (VIS) is seeking a Senior Business Support professional in San Antonio, TX to support business operations, administrative, program management, and research support activities. This is a full-time, hybrid position supporting the JTS Enterprise Support contract.
What You’ll Do:
- Support strategic planning and budget execution.
- Support acquisition activities and integrated schedules.
- Develop and support executive briefings.
- Support task management and records.
- Coordinate research or healthcare programs.
What You Bring:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, healthcare administration, public administration, finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible business operations, administrative, program management, or research support experience.
- Experience with strategic planning, budget execution, acquisition support, integrated schedules, executive briefings, task management, records, and coordination of research or healthcare programs.
- CAC eligibility required.
- T1 investigation requirement.
