Position Summary:

This role is designed for a business-oriented leader with strong analytical, financial, and communication skills to support decision-making and long-term planning within a multinational automotive parts organization.
Routine Work:

Analyze financial and operational data to support executive decision-making and long-term planning.

Develop and present business cases, project justifications, and cost-benefit analyses for strategic initiatives.

Support cross-functional agenda setting and align departments around top-level priorities.

Deliver executive-level presentations for board reviews, global updates, and business reviews.

Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and capital investment plans in collaboration with finance teams.

Support program launches with clear tracking of costs, return on investment, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to profitability, operational efficiency, and project ROI.

Translate technical information into business-friendly language for internal and external stakeholders.
Competencies and required skills

5–7 years of experience in business operations, finance, or strategy within manufacturing or automotive industries.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Proven experience in corporate presentation development (PowerPoint).

Understanding of supply chain, product costing, and operational metrics.

Bilingual in English and Spanish – competitive level in both languages.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and capital planning tools.
