Senior Business Strategy Specialist

Position Summary:

• This role is designed for a business-oriented leader with strong analytical, financial, and communication skills to support decision-making and long-term planning within a multinational automotive parts organization.

Routine Work:

• Analyze financial and operational data to support executive decision-making and long-term planning.

• Develop and present business cases, project justifications, and cost-benefit analyses for strategic initiatives.

• Support cross-functional agenda setting and align departments around top-level priorities.

• Deliver executive-level presentations for board reviews, global updates, and business reviews.

• Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and capital investment plans in collaboration with finance teams.

• Support program launches with clear tracking of costs, return on investment, and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to profitability, operational efficiency, and project ROI.

• Translate technical information into business-friendly language for internal and external stakeholders.

Competencies and required skills

• 5–7 years of experience in business operations, finance, or strategy within manufacturing or automotive industries.

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

• Proven experience in corporate presentation development (PowerPoint).

• Understanding of supply chain, product costing, and operational metrics.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish – competitive level in both languages.

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and capital planning tools.
