About the role
What you'll do
- Own the full recruiting cycle end to end: role development, requirements definition, talent mapping, interview planning, case study creation, feedback, and offer creation, delivery, and negotiation.
- Partner with leadership to guide organizational design and advise on which roles will best achieve business goals.
- Provide weekly talent updates and reporting to the CEO, VP of Finance, VP of People, and functional leaders.
- Participate in bi-annual talent calibration sessions for your area of the business, maintaining a complete feedback loop on quality, performance, and leveling.
- Partner with the People team to proactively anticipate team changes and upcoming hiring needs.
- Build and optimize workflows in our ATS; develop pipeline strategy and sourcing playbooks.
- Flex into other domains or strategic initiatives as needed.

- You need a fully built machine and a large team around you. We’re still experimenting, building and optimizing.
- You require structure and a big team to do your best work. We do things we haven’t done before.
- You prefer to work quietly at home. We’re in the office, 4 days a week.
Skills Required
