About the Job

Squint is hiring our first GTM Recruiter to lead and scale our hiring efforts. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end recruiting operations & strategy, supporting full-cycle hiring for key roles, and partnering closely with leadership to build a high-quality, high-velocity pipeline. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, systems-minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing startup environment. You should have experience managing high-performing recruiting processes, strong intuition around hiring quality and bar-raising standards, and a proactive approach to candidate experience and stakeholder communication.
Must be comfortable working out of our Downtown SF office Monday through Friday.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to fully grasp current and future hiring requirements.

  • Partner with hiring managers to shape roles, define sourcing strategies, and create thoughtful interview processes

  • Partner with the GTM and G&A leadership teams to ensure consistent internal and external messaging.

  • Optimize Ashby and other recruiting tools to drive an engine-like approach to hiring

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various tools and techniques.

  • Maintain an active talent pool for future needs.

  • Enhance the candidate experience and optimize the efficiency and speed of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, interpersonal, and project management skills with metric driven approach.

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition.

  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent across various functions.

  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing platforms, analytics and recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to build engaging content and initiatives.
