We’re looking for a Senior Business Recruiter (G&A) to join our London team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our corporate functions by partnering with senior leaders across Finance, People, Legal, Comms & Policy, and Physical Security to attract and hire exceptional talent.

What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be joining the G&A Recruitment team. As we enter 2026 as part of the wider DoorDash group, you will drive shared recruitment strategy and innovative sourcing across a global landscape, leading complex, senior-level searches end-to-end.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Strategic Full-Cycle Hiring: Proactively manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for senior G&A roles, taking a strategic and scalable approach to candidate generation.
Executive Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership across Finance, Legal, People, and Comms, translating business goals into robust, long-term hiring plans.
Process Evolution: Build and evolve candidate assessment processes to improve quality of hire, leading data-driven improvements that influence VP-level leadership.
Data & Insights Ownership: Own monthly and quarterly updates in partnership with HR Directors, presenting hiring metrics, pipeline reporting, and market insights to drive decision-making.
DE&I Advocacy: Proactively design and implement long-term hiring solutions that help our G&A organisations foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Significant Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience recruiting within a global tech environment, specifically focusing on G&A departments (Finance, People, Legal, or Policy).
Senior Full-Cycle Capability: Demonstrated ability to manage high-level requisitions from initial headhunting through to complex executive offer negotiations.
Strategic Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage complex departments and increase the adoption of mature, structured recruitment processes at a senior level.
Analytical Fluency: High level of comfort using data and recruitment tools (such as Greenhouse or Ashby) to highlight trends and influence executive-level strategy.
Collaborative Mindset: The ability to work across brands and systems within a global structure to deliver a standout candidate experience.
