- Duties include activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements.
- Creates process changes by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams.
- Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create frequent business presentations.
- Persuasion skills are critical. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with business and technical personnel at all levels.
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Seven (7) years of relevant business process re-engineering experience.
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority.
- IAM Level III certification specifically EDI/XML electronic data exchange experience (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems/Technology) and a specific logistics function (e.g., finance, supply, contract administration, transportation, and operations research).
- First-hand knowledge of the following: DoD/Component policies, business procedures, business rules, data standards, and transaction standards
- Proven ability to apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.

Skills Required
- Undergraduate degree
- Seven (7) years of relevant business process re-engineering experience
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority
