What You Will Do
- Deliver day‑to‑day SAP EBS application support for China Supply Chain users
- Act as first‑line owner for SAP incidents and operational issues, including high‑priority business impacts
- Manage and coordinate SAP Change Requests (CRs) to improve process efficiency
- Serve as the bridge between local China users and global SAP / EDC teams
- Translate local business requirements into clear functional inputs for global delivery teams
- Support ongoing system stability during business growth and new plant onboarding
Minimum Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience in SAP SD-LE/MM/WM modules, preferably in Supply Chain–related areas such as OM/PP/QM.
- Experience managing production SAP incidents and change requests
- Strong understanding of business processes and SAP operations
- Fluent Mandarin (to support local factories and warehouses)
- Good English communication skills for global collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting China manufacturing or warehouse operations
- Prior work in a global or matrix SAP support organization
