As the Senior Business Process Analyst - Warehousing & Logistics, you will support the evolution of the Warehousing & Logistics business needs through identifying and implementing technology and relevant business solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing department specific needs, coordinating departmental work for projects, providing input on whether proposed solutions meet business requirements, and coordinating the implementation of the new solution(s).
This role is global focused with a need for flexibility in work hours that is based out of our New Westminster office and is open hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

The Warehousing & Logistics Business Process team will work with internal and external cross-functional groups to ideate, design, and deliver a variety of end-to-end business processes and systems solutions. We connect strategy to execution by leading a portfolio of initiatives that directly work to achieve the company’s vision and goals.
If you were the Senior Business Process Analyst – Warehousing & Logistics now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Supporting the overall business readiness for projects & initiatives
- Identifying where there are gaps between current business process and expected design, and leading the evaluation of ways to address those gaps
- Defining the business requirements for future projects and participating in analyzing and designing new business processes
- Identifying operational changes between current and future processes for the Warehousing & Logistics department to drive enablement of change management and process adaptation
- Creating, updating, and maintaining Warehousing & Logistics business process flows and training documentation for current and future processes
- Assisting on developing additional business process documents, standard operating procedures and training material as required.
- Liaison between Operations and cross-functional business teams
- Acting as the Warehousing & Logistics point of contact for all other departments involved to drive a common business design and ensure data consistency
- Ensuring best practices and process optimization are built at the design stage for future enhancements focused on long term scale, not short-term benefit
- Working closely with the internal and external ERP functional team to ensure projects and initiatives stay on track
- Conveying the end-state consistently to stakeholders and notifying leadership of any challenges to the plan
- Supporting and leading User Acceptance Testing by creating UAT test cases, as well as developing documentation for business approval sign-off
- Working closely with the Data & Analytics team to identify requirements and ensure data consistency
Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
- Acting as business lead in requirements gathering and ensuring successful implementation of WMS and/or transportation needs, if required
- Managing incident and change request tickets, ensuring each ticket has accurate prioritization and clear requirements, facilitating UAT, and creating documentation to support a smooth implementation
- Standardizing warehouse and logistics processes and determining future business processes for the long-term strategic plan
- Supporting the global Warehousing and Logistics teams to develop new processes and/or system requirements
- Guiding cross-functional teams in scaling to support company’s objectives
Are you our next Senior Business Process Analyst - Warehousing & Logistics?
- You have 5+ years’ work experience within Warehousing & Logistics focused role
- You have post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain management or other relevant fields and/or equivalent industry experiences
- You have prior implementation experience
You have experience in developing reports for analysis and decision making - You have strong Project Management skills
- You have a drive to learn and participate

Compensation:

Skills Required
- 5+ years work experience within Warehousing & Logistics focused role
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent industry experience
