We're looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to work within ASML’s Agile Release Train (ART) focused on Sourcing & Supplier Collaboration. In this role, you’ll be the primary IT contact for business stakeholders in our strategic sourcing and procurement organization. You’ll drive IT development projects, ensuring we meet business needs with efficient, scalable IT solutions—mainly within SAP.

Role and responsibilitiesYou’ll challenge the business, analyze requirements, and translate them into functional IT specifications, guiding the implementation process from design to training. You’ll thrive in an Agile environment, using the SAFe framework, and work on both large initiatives and smaller enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the IT liaison for procurement stakeholders, collaborating on key IT projects.
- Translate business requirements into actionable SAP solutions.
- Work within an Agile environment to ensure alignment with business goals and IT standards.
- Lead the customization, testing, training, and rollout of IT solutions.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (for example) Information Technology or Industrial Engineering and the following:
- 8+ years of experience as an SAP specialist in the procurement domain.
- Proven track record in high-tech, B2B environments.
- Strong expertise in SAP MM, Ariba Network, LES, and Cloud Integration.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Eligible to work in Veldhoven, Netherlands (on-site 3+ days/week).
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and dedicated to excellence.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
- Able to influence others and navigate resistance with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in high-pressure environments and delivering under tight deadlines.
- Strong consultancy skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
