109,900 - 134,300Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the role
We’re looking for a Bilingual Senior Human Resource Business Partner to join our Human Resources team and support our national Human Resources team.
While this role is posted as a Senior HR Business Partner, we may consider candidates as a Senior HR Consultant depending on skills and experience, compensation will align to the level. In this role, you will provide strategic consulting and coaching to executives and leadership teams spanning coast to coast.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager (currently located in Calgary), you will be a member of a national HR team and will contribute equally as a team member and an individual by providing strategic HR solutions to your business partners. In this position, you will also have an opportunity to be involved in project work and presentations where you will mentor fellow HR colleagues. What you will accomplish with us:
Serve as a trusted HR business partner to leaders, providing professional, strategic consultation and coaching while translating business strategy into actionable priorities.
Lead complex and at time sensitive employee relations and performance matters end-to-end, ensuring fair, consistent outcomes and strong risk management; coach leaders to build confidence and capability.
Drive talent, succession, and leadership development strategies (talent reviews, succession plans, targeted development), strengthening bench strength for all roles.
Partner in building the BU engagement plan(s) using data/insights (engagement results, attrition, ER trends) to target root causes and improve the employee experience.
Support leaders with their workforce planning needs, playing a key role in organizational transformations, and propose approaches utilizing effective change management.
Design and facilitate or implement high-impact solutions to improve leadership effectiveness, increase change adoption, and team performance.
Lead cross-functional HR projects, delivering outcomes through influence while navigating ambiguity and organizational dynamics.
What you will bring to the table:
University degree in industrial relations or human resources management or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Minimum 8 years of related experience as a senior HR Consultant (HRC), HR Business Partner (HRBP) or as a generalist in human resources.
Technical knowledge in all areas of human resources including HR cycles (talent management, performance management, compensation, and engagement), employee relations, disability management, change management, organizational development.
Demonstrate critical and strategic thinking to solve operational and complex problems influencing where necessary.
Proven ability to quickly establish and create effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
A flexible, agile, and resilient approach to working in a dynamic ever-changing, fast-paced work environment.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with knowledge of digital tools such as the use of Microsoft Suite.
For candidates across Canada, bilingualism (French/English) is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
CHRP and/or CHRL designation an asset.
