**Position Summary:**
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team at GSK in India. The Senior Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing business operations to support strategic initiatives and drive organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role involves managing key business processes, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage a substantial portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring effective coordination and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business operations and support organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
- Manage budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of funds.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
**Qualifications/Skills:**
**Basic:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in business operations or a related role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
**Preferred:**
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Certification in relevant areas (e.g., Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven experience in driving continuous improvement and innovation in business operations.

This role is on-site, located in India.
